How do I find out the status of my order?
All members can view the status of their current and past online orders by signing in and accessing the Order History under Your Account area on the website. Should you need additional help, you can e-mail our Customer Service department at vista@promoadvantageestores.com or call us toll free at (866) 766-5520. Please include your first, web order number (if you have it), and the ship to person and location if different than your information. This will aid our Customer Service Team in locating your order. Our customer service is available from 8:00 - 5:00 CST Monday through Friday.
How do I return an item?
PromoAdvantage will accept any returned merchandise for full refund or replacement; as long as merchandise is returned to PromoAdvantage in the same condition as it was received by the customer. Returns must be made with in 30 days from purchase date. No returns will be accepted for personalized or co-branded merchandise, unless customer receives damaged merchandise. How do I change the address for an order?
During the checkout process, you will be given the option to enter a shipping address that is different than your billing address. You will be able to store multiple shipping addresses in your address book under Your Account.
How do I find an item I want to buy?
Available items are put into categories depending on their use. Click on the appropriate category to find the available items. If you can not find a needed item please e-mail Customer Service Department at vista@promoadvantageestores.com or call us toll free at (866) 766-5520.

Is it safe for me to use a credit card? Is your site secure?

What type of payments do you accept on line?
You can pay your online orders using your Corporate Pcard, a Purchase Order number, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Are shipping charges and sales tax included in the pricing?
No. Shipping charges and sales tax, if applicable, will be billed additionally. Your shipping fees are dependent of the method of shipping you choose. The sales tax is dependent on the shipping address and the item.
